About the Role The remit of the role includes: Lead the technology strategy, focusing on innovations to boost process efficiency and new business. Act as the BD&M teams expert on internal and external technology and data platforms. Evaluate and implement potential new technology solutions, including AI, machine learning, campaign management, CRM, and data analytics. Integrate and optimise technology solutions across business development and marketing operations. Conduct market, client, and competitor research to inform BD&M activities and identify opportunities. Collaborate with senior BD team members to integrate data insights into strategic planning. Provide detailed data analytics and reporting on marketing campaigns to measure success and inform future activities. Maintain the firms CRM systems and manage the annual directory submission process. Qualifications The successful candidate for this role will have: Proven experience in business development or marketing within legal or professional services. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify commercial opportunities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in IT tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a high level of professionalism.
