Job Description

We’re seeking a talented person to join our Tax Technology and Transformation Services within Digital Services Department in London which is responsible for providing a range of services including systems and process transformation, automation solutions including robotic process automation and machine learning, data analytical solutions, systems reviews, systems implementations, compliance and reporting services and much more.

As a Manager, your responsibilities will include among others:

  • Ensure and deliver across a variety of client projects including: Building and deployment of technology strategies, Improve the quality of commercial and financial data and implement software tools; configure software solutions along with process improvement that supports compliance processes automation.
  • Support technology business development activities across finance and tax
  • Maintain internal, external and vendor relationships to generate new project opportunities.
  • Support the operational mentorship of the team, such as appraisal and learning and development.

 


 


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience of Technology tools such as: Power BI and/or Tableau, Alteryx and/or CaseWare IDEA
  • Experience in Business Consulting, Data Analytics   or Finance/ Tax Technology:
  • Experience of managing the successful delivery of technically highly detailed and demanding consulting projects with a business focused approach.
  • Experience of coaching and developing more junior team members.
  • Ability to delegate appropriately and perform effective reviews.
  • Good time management when working across a portfolio of projects
  • Validated ability to assess and create innovative solutions to problems.

Professional Qualifications and Education

  • Accounting, Tax, IT or other professional qualifications
