Edelman is seeking a strategic and client-focused VP, AI Success Partner to accelerate internal adoption of our proprietary AI tools and drive external growth of our AI Solutions with Edelman clients. As a key member of our team, you will work at the intersection of commercial innovation, AI education, internal consulting, and sales enablement, helping shape the future of communications. This role functions as an overlay account management and enablement position. Your primary clients will be Edelmans internal teams, and you will act as the quarterback for AI-driven innovation across our global portfolio. Internal Account Engagement & Enablement: # Serve as the primary point of contact for client teams seeking AI integration support. # Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on AI value, strategy, and best practices. # Empower internal teams to effectively communicate, pitch, and implement the AI platform. # Support internal teams in the full sales cycle of AI solutions to external clients. # Platform Adoption & Transformation: # Manage Account-Based Transformation process milestones across internal clients. # Drive usage and engagement of AI platforms across internal stakeholders. # Partner with marketing, product, and advisory teams to ensure aligned messaging and toolkits. 5+ years in account management, client success, or sales enablement roles, preferably in AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology. # Experience working within matrixed or overlay commercial models. # AI & Technical Acumen # Deep understanding of AI technologies and data-driven solutions. # Familiarity with platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, LLMs, or machine learning applications. # Excellent relationship-building and consultative communication skills. # Ability to convey complex AI concepts in a client-friendly, outcome-oriented way. # Organizational Intelligence # Data-driven mindset with a track record of optimizing strategies based on insights. This position is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, collaborative, and passionate about AI's transformative potential in communications.
