What Youll Be Doing

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be a part of a UK based legal and governance team supporting Futures businesses across the globe. This will have a wide remit, including a mix of transactional and advisory work across our digital, print, video, advertising, social, and events channels. You will also support our General Counsel and Company Secretary with company secretarial and corporate governance matters.


Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve

  • You are qualified in England and Wales. We would also be happy to consider candidates based in Cardiff or Bath who have passed the New York bar.
  • You have experience of general commercial work. It would be a benefit if this experience was gained advising IP-rich businesses.
  • You have experience providing corporate and company secretarial support to a UK listed company.
  • You have a familiarity with environmental, social and governance reporting requirements.
  • You have either experience advising media companies or FCA regulated businesses.
  • You have experience managing disputes.
  • You have worked on corporate transactions.
  • You have experience working in a global organisation and are interested in the laws of jurisdictions outside of your own.
  • You have experience implementing legal process changes.


Whats In It For You

The expected range for this role is £40,000 - £60,000. This is a Hybrid role from our Bath, Cardiff or London Office, working three days from the office, two from home.
