Lead Data Quality Analyst

Lead Data Quality Analyst Salary: Up to £80,000 Location: London Our leading retail client is seeking a Data Quality Lead to join their expanding data team and drive the implementation of data quality tools and processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop Technology Solutions: Lead the creation of systems to identify, measure, categorize, prioritize, and address the root causes of data quality issues. Implement Best Practices: Establish and advocate for proactive strategies to prevent data quality problems from occurring. Oversee Data Quality Tools and Processes: Manage the deployment and configuration of data quality tools, working closely with Data Management teams to ensure successful implementation. Promote Data Quality Awareness: Raise awareness of data quality management among both technical and non-technical stakeholders, fostering a commitment to maintaining high standards. Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Build and sustain strong relationships with source system owners and subject matter experts to secure long-term solutions for data quality issues. Design and Deploy Monitoring Systems: Implement systems to enhance issue detection and reporting within Nucleus, leading to improved data quality. Collaborate on Data Quality Standards: Work with Data Design and Data Engineering teams to establish and uphold standards for managing data quality throughout the delivery lifecycle and in production. Required Skills: Experience in mentorship or leadership roles. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis. Experience with implementing data quality tools. Familiarity with data platforms.
