Data Quality Lead

LEAD DATA QUALITY ANALYST UP TO £80,000 LONDON A retail client is looking for a Data Quality Lead to join their growing data team and spearhead the implementation of Data Quality Tools and processes across the business. Key Responsibilities: Develop technology solutions : Lead the development of systems to identify, measure, categorize, prioritize, and investigate the root causes of data quality issues. Implement best practices : Establish and promote proactive strategies to prevent data quality issues from arising. Oversee Data Quality tools and processes : Lead the deployment and configuration of Data Quality tools, collaborating closely with Data Management teams to ensure effective implementation. Promote data quality awareness : Advocate for the importance of data quality management to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, increasing awareness and commitment. Manage relationships with stakeholders : Build and maintain strong relationships with source system owners and subject matter experts to secure lasting resolutions to data quality issues. Design and deploy Data Quality monitoring systems : Implement systems to enhance detecting and reporting issues within Nucleus, ensuring improved data quality. Collaborate on Data Quality standards : Work with Data Design and Data Engineering teams to establish and maintain standards for managing data quality issues throughout the delivery lifecycle and in production. Skills Required: Mentorship or leadership experience. Proficient in SQL for analysis. Experience in implementing data quality tools. Data Platform Experience.
