The Data and Analytics Directorate plays a crucial role in this mission, providing the data, insights, and intelligence necessary to ensure the agency's efficiency and success in delivering existing business while generating new opportunities.
Our core mission is to empower the agency through robust data strategies and insightful analytics, helping to deliver on Homes England's strategic plan.
We are currently undertaking an ambitious data programme aimed at centralising our data onto an Azure data platform. This initiative involves close collaboration with data architects and data engineers to create a system that enables more efficient, scalable, re-usable, automated, and sustainable use of data.

Job description

As a Lead Data Analyst you will both oversee and actively participate in the analysis and interpretation of complex data to support decision-making and strategy development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear, data-driven recommendations, ensuring the accuracy and quality of data processes. You will be responsible for enhancing data processes, ensuring accuracy, and implementing best practices in data analysis and visualization.
