Lead Analyst / Insight Analyst Hybrid in Darlington (2-3 days onsite) We are looking for a Lead Data Analyst to join our dynamic team, providing critical insights to inform strategy and optimize business performance. The Role: As an Insight Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in turning data into actionable insights. You’ll be responsible for creating detailed reports and dashboards, conducting deep-dive investigative analysis, and delivering recommendations to teams across the business. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that insights are aligned with company goals, helping to drive better decisions and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and trends. Conduct thorough investigative analysis to uncover patterns, anomalies, and opportunities. Provide clear, actionable recommendations based on data insights to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with various teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide tailored insights. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Monitor and track the performance of key initiatives and campaigns, offering insights for continuous improvement. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve reporting and analytical processes. What You’ll Need: Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, interpretation, and visualization. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms. Experience in using data to develop actionable insights and recommendations. The ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders. Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and a curiosity for uncovering insights in data.
