Responsibilities
Lead delivery ofplex analytics projects, ensuring outputs are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs. Build and optimise Power BI dashboards and data models using advanced DAX, SQL, and/or Python. Translate data into actionable insights throughpelling narratives and visualisations. Collaborate with stakeholders to shape technical solutions andmunicate oues clearly. Ensure analytics outputs meeternance, privacy, andpliance standards. Promote reusable data assets and support documentation of data definitions. Mentor Analysts and Senior Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Champion best practices and explore emerging technologies like AI to enhance insight generation.
About the Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong proficiency in DAX, SQL and/or Python. Experience developing and optimising Power BI dashboards and data models. Solid understanding of data architecture and modelling principles. Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and cloud-based data platforms (desirable). Knowledge of dataernance andpliance standards. Excellentmunication and stakeholder engagement skills. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and drive continuous improvement.
