TheRole: We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst Lead who excels inboth technical and business domains. As a senior member of theteam, you will leverage your expertise to drive data-drivensolutions, collaborating closely with stakeholders to solve complexbusiness challenges. A strong understanding of the modern datastack is essential, as well as exceptional written and verbalcommunication skills to clearly convey insights and strategiesacross all levels of the organization. Responsibilities: * Performadvanced analysis: use trend analysis, segmentation, andstatistical methods to understand our data, generate insights, andsolve business problems. * Form strong relationships withstakeholders: strong relationships and deep understanding of thebusiness context lead to high-velocity problem solving. *Communicate findings: through dashboards, graphics, verbalexplanation, presentations, and technical write-ups. * Set thestandard for high-quality analysis: at YouLend - both in technicalskill and writing style. This will include mentoring more juniorteam members. * Make analyses repeatable and sharable: by makinguse of version control, notebooks, and widely-accessible write-ups.Essential Qualifications: * SQL for interacting with our DataWarehouse. * Python for analysis and visualisation. * Datavisualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker). * Problem-solving& critical thinking.
