The Role: We are seeking an experienced DataAnalyst Lead who excels in both technical and business domains. Asa senior member of the team, you will leverage your expertise todrive data-driven solutions, collaborating closely withstakeholders to solve complex business challenges. A strongunderstanding of the modern data stack is essential, as well asexceptional written and verbal communication skills to clearlyconvey insights and strategies across all levels of theorganization. Requirements 1. Perform advanced analysis: use trendanalysis, segmentation and statistical methods to understand ourdata, generate insights and solve business problems 2. Form strongrelationships with stakeholders across YouLend - strongrelationships and deep understanding of the business context leadto high-velocity problem solving 3. Communicate findings throughdashboards, graphics, verbal explanation, presentations andtechnical write-ups 4. Set the standard for high-quality analysisat YouLend - both in technical skill and writing style. This willinclude mentoring more junior team members 5. Make analysesrepeatable and sharable by making use of version control, notebooksand widely-accessible write-ups 6. SQL for interacting with ourData Warehouse 7. Python for analysis and visualisation 8. Datavisualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) 9. Problem-solving& critical thinking 10.
