Overview



We have an exciting opportunity at With Nothing Underneath within our finance and commercial department. We’re looking for a commercially minded Data Analyst with experience in DTC consumer behavior, regional trend analysis, and performance marketing insight, particularly across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). You’ll play a pivotal role in translating  marketing and  customer data into clear commercial strategies ensuring stock and marketing decisions are timely and effective.

Key Responsibilities



Consumer & Behavioural Insight





  • Analyse customer shopping patterns, cohort behavior, and buying cycles across regions.




  • Identify retention drivers and drop-off points in the purchase journey.





Regional & Market Trend Analysis





  • Track and interpret demand and engagement trends by country, city, or region.




  • Identify under- and over-performing markets and highlight regional opportunities.




  • Support market entry or localisation strategies with data-led recommendations.

     





Monthly and quarterly Meta Ads & Performance Marketing Analytics





  • Evaluate Meta ad performance (reach, conversion, ROAS) and how different audiences react.




  • Link creative and messaging to downstream customer behavior and purchasing decisions.




  • Work closely with the paid media team to iterate and improve campaign targeting.

     





Stock & Commercial Planning





  • Align demand trends with stock availability and future buying decisions.




  • Provide data-led recommendations for reorders or sell-through strategies.




  • Help forecast demand spikes related to marketing activity, seasonality, and regional surges.





Reporting & Collaboration





  • Create dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly reports to support trading and marketing decisions 




  • Translate insights into actionable strategies for senior leadership.




  • Work closely with e-commerce, CRM, and finance teams to ensure data consistency and value extraction.

     





Key Skills & Experience





  • 1-2 years in a data or performance analyst role, ideally in DTC or fashion/retail.




  • Highly curious and proactive in exploring data to find opportunities




  • Strong experience analysing Meta ad data (Business Manager, Ads Reporting, etc.).




  • Solid understanding of e-commerce and consumer journey analytics.




  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets




  • Ideally experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.




  • Strong communicator who can distil complex data into clear commercial insights.




  • Collaborative mindset to work across teams




  • Experience in BI tools like Power BI and Looker
