Job Overview:

Utilising machine learning algorithms and AI solutions to analyse large datasets and drive data-driven decisions, while collaborating with teams to improve current workflows.

Main Tasks and Accountabilities

Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets to help businesses make data-driven decisions.

Create and design mathematical algorithms that can process large amounts of data accurately and quickly.

Aide with integration of systems into CONTEXT data workflow. 

Test algorithms and follow up on answer validation.

Review and analyse feedback to improve existing solutions.

Work in collaboration with other teams.


Experience/Knowledge/Qualification required

Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

Qualification/certification related to Machine Learning or relevant experience.

Good knowledge of Machine Learning techniques.

Proficient in SQL.

Proficient in Python.

Interest in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and large language models (LLM).

Knowledge of Deep Learning frameworks (Tensorflow, PyTorch, Transformers, etc).

Knowledge of agentic workflows and LLM agent design would be a plus (optional). 

Knowledge of design patterns would be a plus (optional).

AWS knowledge would be a plus (optional).

Data visualisation knowledge would be a plus (optional).


Character and Personal Qualities

Creative mind, able to think outside the box and good problem-solving skills.

Ability to explain complex systems and algorithms to non-technical people.

Effective communicator able to communicate at all levels of the organisation.

Willingness to learn and progress.
