Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Data Engineer to join a consultancy in the North West London / Hertfordshire area. This is a hybrid role (two days in office, three days from home), with the experience being tailored to you, depending if you have some experience in the industry, or are a graduate looking to enter the Business Intelligence industry, learning relevant tools such as PowerBI. This role is working with a consultancy, meaning you will get the chance to interact with a multitude of industries, including professional and financial services, automotive and aviation.
You will be joining a team of six others, with a history of promoting. This role aims to progress you into a PowerBI consultant, after which we will hire another PowerBI Support Consult to enable you to do so.
Requirements
For our Junior Data Engineer, we are looking for experience in the following:
- Excellent communication skills. While this role is technically focused, it does include communicating with clients in order to help with any issues they may have, post rollout.
- Experience with PowerBI, whether that be through professional use, or self learning.
- Experience or an understanding of Azure and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- An interest in progressing within the business and developing your skills in PowerBI.

- Salary between £25,000 and £40,000, depending on current experience.
- 20 days holiday + 1 additional day per year + bank holidays.
