About the Role:
The Data Analyst role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in data management and analysis. You will be responsible for extracting, cleaning, and analysing large datasets to deliver actionable insights that inform business decisions and contribute to SaaS product development. Responsibilities:
Extract data from primary and secondary sources and reorganize it for readability by humans or machines.
Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, identifying trends and patterns for diagnostic and predictive analytics.
Prepare reports highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions for management.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve data collection techniques.
Assist in designing and implementing databases and data collection systems.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all analytics activities.
Engage in ongoing education to stay updated on industry developments and data analysis tools.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience with data models, database design, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
Proficiency with statistical analysis tools (e.g., SAS, SPSS, R) and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Salary range of £40,000 to £50,000, with potential bonuses.
