Junior Data Analyst – Motor Finance
Location:Solihull (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
Salary:£29,000 + bonus 
Working Hours: Monday – Wednesday: 8:30am – 5:00pm (Office) Thursday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm (Home)

What You’ll Be Doing:Research and present new initiatives or enhancements to existing products and processes to senior management. Produce and analyse reports, management information, and statistical data from various sources. Promote continuous improvement in business operations and data reporting. Collaborate with the marketing team on email campaigns and other initiatives. Support staff engagement activities including monthly communications and meeting coordination. Act as a key liaison between the Motor Finance team and Business Analytics to ensure data accuracy and efficiency. Oversee invoice centralisation and budget alignment. Provide organisational and logistical support for management, external sales teams, and marketing events.What You’ll Bring:Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams and suppliers. A proactive and flexible attitude, with great attention to detail and ownership of your work. Confidence in presenting concise, clear analysis to various stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ideally Power BI. The ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet deadlines.
