Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Data Analyst to join our global analytics team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the HR and Finance department, acting as a bridge between the two functions globally, you will ensure cohesive communication and data integration by providing detailed and insightful data analysis. Your responsibilities will include tracking and analysing staff costs, managing payroll processes, and delivering accurate and timely reports to support decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with the HR team to support various initiatives and ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data.
Responsibilities
- Staff Costs Analysis:Compare monthly staff costs with budget and provide insights.
- Annual Bonus & Pay Review:Manage bonus and pay reviews, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- MI Dashboards:Develop and maintain monthly HR dashboards for board reports.
- Vacancy Tracker:Consolidate and validate regional vacancy data.
- HR Project Data Analysis:Support HR projects with data analysis, including D&I and L&D metrics
- Report Automation:Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
- Ad Hoc Reporting & Collaboration:Liaise with stakeholders and support HR and Finance initiatives.
