TheRole

As the Junior Data Analystyou will be joining the dynamic and growing FP&A team withthe opportunity to take the lead on evolving and maintaining ourPower BI reporting suite as well as owning the underlying dataset.This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to work with alllevels of the organisation right up to the Senor Leadership Team(SLT). Youll ensure the growing needs of the business are met andlearn to share insights not just data looking beyond the numbers totell the story and understand thewhys!

Inthis role youll getto:

• Own our masterPower BI dataset implement best practices and efficiencyoptimisations with a futureproof mindset as the businessscales.
• Own the businesswide training agendaand be the first point of call for questions/ad hoc data pulls asour Power BI champion.
• Promote a culture ofdataled decisionmaking and ensure data integrity/accuracy isprioritised.
• Drive continuous improvement ofdashboards ensuring our reporting meets the evolving needs of thebusiness and remains userfriendly.
• Provide bothalwayson reporting and create monthly insightupdates.
• Lead the creation of a new Operationaldashboard following the recent golive of our supply chain planningsystem.
• Support other projects & ad hocrequests as required.
• Own data inputting forsellthrough data ensuring accuracy and efficiency whileimplementing best practices to streamline processes as the businesscontinues togrow.

Whatwe are looking for inyou:

• A proactive candoattitude and willingness to improve processes andoutputs.
• Desire & aptitude to learnPower BI and SQL coding (training will be provided).
• Proficient Excel user eager to learnmore.
• High level of accuracy and attention todetail in all tasks.
• Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills with the ability to work effectivelywith a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability tothink critically and solve complexproblems.
• Able to work effectively as anindividual and as part of a team.
• Strongorganisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks andwork towards deadlines.
