We’re working with a growing Private Equity firm to help them hire an Associate into their Portfolio, Data & Analytics team.

This role sits at the intersection of the investment and portfolio teams and plays a key part in driving data-led insight, analysis, and strategic decision-making. Day to day, you’ll analyse portfolio company performance, build and refine financial models, prepare data-driven insights for investment committees, and support strategic initiatives through bespoke analytics and market research. It’s a broad, high-impact position that spans portfolio analytics, scenario modelling, and market intelligence, offering regular exposure to the partnership and the opportunity to shape how data informs decisions across the firm. The team is also exploring projects involving machine learning and advanced modelling, so an interest or experience in these areas is a strong advantage.

They’re looking to meet analytically strong individuals with up to 4 years of experience, ideally with exposure to the Private Equity space and confidence working with large data sets.

Depending on experience, the base salary goes up to £70k, with a strong bonus potential and benefits package. The firm promotes a collaborative, supportive culture and operates a flexible hybrid working model.
