Infosys BPM is hiring an Experienced Financial Index Data Analyst to join our Data Services team in Birmingham. This role focuses on managing and maintaining index data, including index setup, onboarding, valuation, rebalancing, and performance attribution.

You’ll work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to support benchmark management, custom benchmarks, and index constituents across investment platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily delivery and quality of index data
  • Lead index onboarding and setup for new indices
  • Execute index rebalancing and ensure accurate index valuation
  • Support performance attribution and custom benchmark creation
  • Maintain and update index constituents based on market changes
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve data issues

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in Index Operations
  • Strong understanding of benchmarks, index composition, and valuation
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data handling tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
