The Role

We are seeking an Analyst with strong Excel skills and project management experience to join our dynamic team. You will analyze operational data, identify improvement opportunities, and manage projects that enhance process efficiencies across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimization opportunities.
  • Develop and automate reports using QlikSense, Excel (advanced functions, VBA, Power Query), and other BI tools.
  • Lead and manage process improvement projects to ensure timely delivery and measurable results.
  • Collaborate with operations, technology, and commercial teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate performance and identify trends.
  • Support process automation and system enhancements.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and recommend actionable solutions to streamline workflows.
  • Facilitate cross-functional project teams to ensure clear communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify risks and dependencies, proactively addressing project challenges.

About You

  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, VBA, and familiarity with QlikSense is a plus).
  • Proven project management experience, capable of leading multiple initiatives.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or technology-driven environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
