HR Systems Analyst / Data Analyst - SuccessFactors - Remote

The Opportunity:
We are looking for an HR / Peoples Systems Analyst with experience of SuccesFactors / SAP HR Systems and a background in Data Analysis to be part of a large HR Shared Service Centre. The company recently implemented SuccessFactors and are continuing to implement new modules so there's a huge opportunity to learn and expand your skill set. It's a remote role with very occasional travel to Liverpool. (Once or twice a year is expected).

The Role:
A key part of the role is driving, designing and building ever-evolving dashboards and reporting using SuccessFactors User Stories, SAP Query Manager 4 and SAP Analytics Cloud and are used to manage and analyse HR Related Data to extract actionable insights, trends and opportunities for improvement.

You will need to be technically minded acting as the interface between the HR Function, the IT Department and the Business but will also have a strong background in HR / People Systems. You will be responsible for the data feeds and integrations between various systems and will provide the support for HR systems queries from the HR team.

There will lots of opportunity for project work and as an expert in SuccessFactors you will represent the team in systems implementations as well as being able to suggest and subsequently deliver systems improvements.

HR Data Management - using & maintaining data and buolding the reports
Management Information / MI & Reporting - design / develop the suite of reporting user SuccessFactors User Story Reports, SAP Analytics Cloud and QM4
People Systems Management - Admin and customisation of the Cloud based HR Information System, SuccessFactors.
Documentation of system change requests working with IT to deliver these
User Acceptance Testing / UAT of systems enhancements
Systems Administration of the SuccessFactors / SAP HR Systems

The Person:

  • An experienced HR Systems Analyst / HR Data Analyst with strong technical skills
  • Proven experience in SuccessFactors with (some of) Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Benefits, LMS
  • Ideally experience of SuccessFactors User Story Reports and / or SAP Analytics Cloud
  • The ability to test and document system changes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An understanding of system workflows
