Here at JELD-WEN UK, a global organisation that produces and manufactures Doors and Doorsets, we’re looking for an HR Reporting Data Analyst to be based in the UK to join our global HR Shared Services team. This is a home-based role working within a growing cross functional team.


The successful candidate would be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR related data, delivering cross functional high-quality reporting and analytics. This role supports cross functional planning, compliance, and strategic decision‑making by data analysis across systems and producing actionable insights for HR and the wider business.


You will have previous experience in HR specific analytics, working with SAP SuccessFactors, their Employee Central module and story reporting, alongside excellent Power BI and / or Tableau skills. You will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and thrive when delivering informative, data driven presentations. Any knowledge of global compensation practices and compliance standards and any experience with SQL or other data query languages would be an advantage.

What impact you will make :

  • Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards using tools including SAP SuccessFactors Story Reporting. SAP Integration Centre Power BI, or Tableau. Where necessary collaborating with internally and externally to support business needs.
  • Review, analyse & audit HR data across reporting systems to inform and support compliance, accuracy and decision making.
  • Support preparing data templates, validating input submission data, and generating reports.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring alignment across systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance and IT teams to improve data quality and reporting capabilities.
  • Document data validation procedures and maintain reporting standards and data dictionaries.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, annual filings and data security and privacy laws.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support strategy and decision-making within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Support additional project initiatives as necessary

What you’ll need to succeed :

  • Degree educated in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or equivalent.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP), and experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
  • Demonstrable experience in HR data reporting or data validation roles.
  • Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools (e.g., SAP People Analytics, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with compensation principles, job architecture, and regulatory requirements.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills including informative presentation delivery.
