On behalf of AWE, we are looking for a HR Data Analyst - (Inside IR35) for a 6-month contract working on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 3 days attendance at the Aldermaston, Reading office.

AWE plays a crucial role in national nuclear security, supporting nuclear deterrence and nuclear threat reduction to defend the UK. Their mission is to keep everyone, the environment, and their sites safe and secure.

Please Note:

SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role. Candidates must be willing and eligible to undergo checks. Preference may be given to candidates who meet all essential criteria and hold active security clearance due to the short-term nature of the role and the need for rapid deployment.

As a HR Data Analyst - (Inside IR35), your responsibilities include:

  • Experience of Workday Report Writing
  • Workday Prism Analytics experience
  • Technical Report writing experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Communication and Problem-solving skills
  • Stakeholder engagement experience
  • Delivery of analyst projects

Desirable skills include:

  • Public Sector Experience
  • Data science background
  • ServiceNow experience

This role is limited to UK-based work only.
