Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.We are seeking an experienced and strategicGrowth & Product Marketing Managerto drive brand presence, develop targeted campaigns, and support customer acquisition and retention. This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven marketer who excels in branding, multi-channel campaigns, and collaboration. The candidate will also focus on partnership development, market research, and lead generation to position the organization as a leader in Localization & AI Services.

Key Responsibilities

Branding and Presence Establish Brand Presence: Create and maintain a professional and consistent brand identity to build credibility and highlight AI services.��Event Participation: Plan industry event attendance and sponsorships to increase visibility and thought leadership. Coordinate speaker roles for Research Labs, Core Leaders, and Commercial participants, while sales teams represent the organization at events. Campaigns and Content Targeted Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract clients and highlight unique capabilities. Content Calendar: Manage a content calendar to produce high-quality assets, including case studies, blog posts, and social media updates. Cross-Channel Campaigns: Plan and oversee multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing. Collaboration and Strategy Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with organizational goals and create polished, effective marketing assets. Growth Strategy Development: Design and implement strategies aimed at acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones. Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that foster growth through collaborations and co-marketing initiatives. Project Management and Offshore Team Coordination: Lead and manage marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and budgets are met. Coordinate and oversee the activities of offshore marketing teams, ensuring seamless collaboration, consistent communication, and alignment with overall strategy. Research and Analysis Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. Data Analysis: Analyze customer data and campaign performance metrics to uncover growth opportunities and refine marketing strategies. Lead Generation Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and guide them through the sales funnel effectively. 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications are a plus.  Proven experience in brand building, multi-channel marketing campaigns, and lead generation.  Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, market research, and campaign performance tracking.  Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and with external partners.  Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.  Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  Experience in the Localization or tech industry is highly desirable.
