Role Overview:

We are looking for a bright and ambitious Graduate/ Junior Data Analyst – Product Development to join our fast-paced product development team in London. This role is an ideal entry point for graduates or early-career analysts who want to build their skills in a hands-on, commercial environment.

You will help collect, analyse, and present data that shapes the products we design, build, and scale globally. Working closely with product managers, designers, developers, and other analysts, you’ll learn how to turn raw data into insights that drive everyday decisions and long-term strategy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, and telling stories with data. You’ll be given real responsibility from day one, but also the support, mentorship, and training to grow quickly. If you want to kickstart your career in data while making a tangible impact on the products we deliver to millions of customers worldwide, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection and Preparation

  • Support the gathering, cleaning, and organisation of data from a range of sources such as customer feedback, sales reports, and market research.
  • Ensure datasets are reliable and ready for analysis.

Analysis and Reporting

  • Assist with analysing data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Help track and report on key product performance metrics and contribute to dashboard development.
  • Carry out ad-hoc analysis to support product experiments and new initiatives.

Visualisation and Communication

  • Create simple, clear visualisations and reports to help explain findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Learn how to translate numbers into actionable insights that inform product decisions.

Collaboration and Team Support

  • Work closely with colleagues in product management, design, and development to provide data that supports their work.
  • Contribute to a data-driven culture by sharing insights and best practices across the team.

Learning and Process Improvement

  • Get hands-on with tools and systems such as SQL, Python, Tableau or Power BI, with training and support where needed.
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes, streamline reporting, and make data more accessible across the business.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Recent graduate or up to 2 years’ experience in a data, analytics, or product-related role.
  • Strong interest in working with data and developing technical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Exposure to data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) or a willingness to learn quickly.
  • Some experience with Python, R, or similar programming languages is desirable but not essential.
  • Curious, analytical mindset—comfortable asking questions, spotting patterns, and exploring data.
  • Good communicator who can explain ideas clearly and work collaboratively with others.
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.
