We have an exciting opportunity for aData Analytics Graduateto join our graduate scheme as part of ourSeptember 2025cohort. Our graduate scheme is designed to develop our future leaders by giving you real responsibility from day one. You’ll join our Commercial teams and be supported throughout with structured training, exciting projects and invaluable industry experience. Our Data Analytics Programme focuses on helping you develop specialist expertise in Data and Analytics. You’ll get the opportunity to work across multiple business areas, whilst developing technical and softer skills needed to thrive in an Analytics career.

  • You’ll gain specialist skills in data and analytics.
  • You will keep up to date with trends in data science, learning and sharing new skills and methods.
  • You’ll receive training covering the core knowledge and skills you’ll need to succeed.
  • Working across multiple business areas, you’ll collaborate with senior stakeholders and present insights to Heads of and Directors.
  • You’ll receive mentoring and join a network of emerging talent through our EVRi Emerging Talent Development programme.


What you’ll need to become a Data Analytics Graduate:

  • A minimum 2:1 degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Maths, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with data analysis coding languages like Python, R, or SQL.
  • A keen interest in learning visualisation tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
  • Analytical thinking and a knack for numbers.
  • A full UK driving licence (some travel between EVRi sites may be required).
