Overview

Were Hiring: Global Business Director - Start in February!

Client:Meta (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, Meta Quest, Ray-Ban Glasses)

Meta is increasing its media investment globally, and we are growing our team to meet this expanded scope. Spark Foundry, as Metas Global Media Agency of Record, is seeking a Global Business Director to lead this growth and drive impactful media strategies for one of the worlds most innovative and influential brands.

Your Role:

  • Stakeholder Management:Build and nurture strong relationships with senior Meta stakeholders globally, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions and ensuring alignment across regions.
  • Team Leadership:Lead a team of five directly while collaborating with a global network of 50+ team members, driving performance and creating a cohesive, motivated team environment.
  • Strategic Oversight:Oversee the development and execution of media strategies that integrate brand-building initiatives with tactical objectives. Work closely with local markets to adapt strategies to regional needs.
  • Business Growth:Identify opportunities to introduce new solutions and services to Meta, driving growth for both the client and Spark Foundry.

  • Extensive experience in media, with global account and planning expertise.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and full-funnel strategies.
