The Role We are looking for someone to support the building and growth of our proprietary media planning and reporting platform within Mindshare Worldwide.

Someone with media planning experience, comfortable liaising directly with clients and a passion for using data to make better planning and business decisions.

The Measurement & Reporting team work with some of the biggest brands in the world to help shape how they measure their media performance and provide analysis of the media investment and performance data generated by their campaigns. The role does not require knowledge or experience of data science or modelling, instead you should have a passion for data analysis and an understanding of media measurement and how different metrics impact our understanding of performance. The successful candidate will be working with people across the world, discussing how KPIs and metrics should be reported on at both global and local levels and creating media plan frameworks and templates. The Ideal Candidate As an Account Manager within the M&R team you will be heavily involved introducing & training new clients and their teams to the planning platform.

As such you should demonstrate the ability to quickly learn and a keenness to understand new business sectors, organisations and requirements. You should be self-starter and motivator with the ability to work in an autonomous, fast paced environment with an analytical mindset, able to approach issues and challenges from a variety of angles and then identify the appropriate solution. Highly numerate, with strong mathematical acumen, you should be interested in developing data visualisation skills, learning advanced skills on PowerBI and Excel. The successful candidate should be able to operate independently and autonomously and takes a lead in delivering projects or programmes of work. With at least two years of media planning experience, they will be looked to to provide guidance and expertise on media-related topics, including informal training and upskilling junior team members where required.

Desirable Criteria Having some understanding about media planning & buying including knowledge of metrics by channel (what they mean and how they should be used). Experience or a demonstrable understanding of the digital ecosystem, including the role of ad serving, brand safety, viewability partners and others. Experience on managing other people Experience using digital buying platforms, for example, Campaign Manager, Sizmek, Facebook Business Manager, DV360 etc. Experience in working with a range of visualisation solutions such as Tableau, Microsoft BI, Google Data Studio

Responsibilities Onboarding new clients Working with the Business Director and Client Director, you will support in the onboarding process for new clients and local markets. Collaborate with the Business Director & Client Director to set up and onboard clients and new markets. Liaise with central and local client teams to understanding their planning requirements; source and review existing ways of working and media plan templates. Act as a guide for defining client requirements, providing advice and examples for how to best set them up in the planning platform. Support the Client Director in project managing the onboarding process, including capturing actions and tasks from meetings, providing updates and ensuring delivery is on time. Use your media planning background to advise on plan template requests and offer recommendations on appropriate KPIs and metrics to capture. Work with the Client Director to submit set-up requirements to the Support and Development teams as required; project manage their completion. Measurement Work with clients and internal teams, both in London and in offices around the world, to follow our measurement and reporting approach. Responsible for ensuring the client requirements are captured and continually met Identify and highlight system / master data change implication and manage client approvals and working with the Data Analyst to implement requirements Support the Business Director to develop and challenge processes by developing in-depth understanding of client requirements alongside Measurement & Reporting best practice Support the Business Director to develop the approach on how the data will be organised, collected and visualised Responsible for the development and updating of any training material providing knowledge sharing of system usage and reporting requirements Manage the training of any new team members on how to use existing platforms and system Reporting The reporting of investment and performance data is one of the most critical tasks we deliver to clients around the world.

The role will work with Mindshare's Data and BI teams to gather requirements, design and implement central product and client specific data management and interactive reporting solutions Capture requirements and work with the extended Measurement & Reporting team to create bespoke report solutions as agreed within the scope of work Manage the successful roll out of product updates, down streaming information to the local markets Oversee the delivery of ongoing reports or ad hoc requests supporting the Data Analyst Executive Monitor data accuracy, analysing check reports to ensure data consistency and accuracy Engage with end users and provide support where required Provide guidance and support to the Account Executive in case of data deviations, providing solutions for short- and long-term troubleshooting Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, collaborating with Data Analyst and markets to identify origin of issue so input correction can be made Operations & market coordination Manage operations for all platform development and implementation, including: Project manage the successful delivery of any actions related to deployments, reporting deliveries and/or system updates Lead monthly status with clients/client teams capturing actions and next steps Lead network calls in collaboration with the Client Team and extended Measurement & Reporting team Manage, maintain and inform stakeholders of changes on Master Data, Data Dictionary and process Manage Account Executive's time on key projects providing guidance when challenges arise Market coordination ensuring reports are submitted accurately in a timely manner Train teams ensuring end users knows how to use reports and platform

System maintenance & operations

Work with Mindshare's Data and BI teams to implement central product and client specific data management and interactive reporting solutions Responsible for direct communication with external teams for system integration ensuring updates are completed consistently without disrupting existing set-up Work closely with Business Analysts to identify root cause of issues and resolve client issues quickly Testing media plans set up ensuring correct plan fields are captured, KPIs are correct for each media channel and formulas works as they should Address queries in the Issue Log, collaborating with the team, and end users Maintain system access, ensuring correct restrictions are in place
