Overview

Are you an OOH Senior Executive or Manager looking for a role that nurtures your creativity and allows you to be innovative? Look no further! This is a rare opportunity to join the Spark PMX team as an OOH Manager working with loyal and knowledgeable industry experts who will support and develop your essential OOH and multimedia skills.

The OOH Account Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of the Spark OOH offer, across their assigned Client portfolio. Outputs contribute to a 'best in class' OOH product which is integrated, data-driven, technology-enabled and innovative.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-quality, integrated media plans that drive client success and business results.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and business directors to ensure media strategies are innovative, efficient, and commercially sound.
  • Provide exceptional client service and project management, adhering to best practices with the Central Trading team and PMX.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality output.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Publicis Media OOH team by introducing new ideas, media planning techniques, and processes.
  • Achieve billing targets and strategic KPIs for allocated clients, ensuring that media plans align with client objectives.
  • Support new business initiatives, including crafting pricing strategies, developing innovative media ideas, and managing account transitions.
  • Collaborate with business and client directors to develop comprehensive media plans, taking ownership of tasks and providing regular updates.

Qualifications

Essential knowledge and skills needed to excel in this role;

  • Strong OOH knowledge and broad experience in planning and buying.
  • Experienced in using industry and internal planning and administration tools e.g. Route, OCS, Purl, and Touchpoints.
  • Proficient in trading and negotiation, ensuring briefs are successfully converted to bookings that meet client objectives and commercial requirements.
  • Skilled relationship builder, actively fostering connections with agencies and clients to become a trusted advisor. Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Effective leadership abilities to inspire, manage, and mentor junior team members.
