As our Global Benefits Manager, you'll shape and manage our benefits programs, ensuring they stay competitive, compliant, and aligned with our goals. You'll work closely with senior leadership and lead a small team to create a world-class employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of cyclical benefits renewals across multiple countries, ensuring timely and cost-effective negotiations.
  • Manage U.S. employee benefits programs (including healthcare, retirement, and wellness initiatives) and support regional teams in delivering effective benefits solutions.
  • Lead and administer global pension provisions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with company strategy.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and ExCo-level stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on global benefits trends and best practices.
  • Develop and implement well-being programs to support employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace satisfaction.
  • Partner with internal HR, finance, and legal teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure smooth delivery of benefits programs.
  • Lead and manage direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable benefits-related regulations and policies across jurisdictions.
  • Drive continuous improvement by assessing program effectiveness and recommending enhancements based on employee feedback and industry benchmarks.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing cyclical benefits renewals within a complex, global organization.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. benefits programs, including health and retirement plans.
  • Experience overseeing pension provisions and ensuring compliance with local legislation.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership, including ExCo-level stakeholders.
  • Experience designing and managing well-being programs that enhance employee experience and engagement.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A pragmatic, down-to-earth team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience leading and developing direct reports, fostering professional growth and development.
