We are seeking a talented Financial Data and Insights Analyst - AVP to join our dynamic team! Purpose of the Role:
In this position, you will play a vital role in supporting our Global Trade Finance Department (GTFD) by delivering strategic insights and maintaining robust controls. Your expertise will help us achieve our financial targets and ensure effective decision-making within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management: Create and maintain management information using powerful tools like Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI.
Reporting: Produce periodic and ad hoc presentations and reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity in your analysis.
Performance Tracking: Monitor GTFD's financial performance against forecasts, providing insightful analysis of variances.
Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to gather and record data, enhancing our reporting capabilities.
Problem Solving: Investigate anomalies and propose actionable solutions to improve processes.
Enhancement of Data-Driven Approaches: Drive performance improvements through proactive analysis and stakeholder engagement.What We're Looking For:

Experience: Proven expertise in using Alteryx and Tableau within a financial institution.
Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and financial acumen with a knack for interpreting complex data.
Educational Background: Degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills are a must; knowledge of MS Access, VBA, and SQL is a plus!
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues for diverse audiences.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a respectful communication style, integrity, and openness to feedback.
