The Senior Data Analyst will be essential in enabling data-informed decision-making across a dedicated product team. You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to drive business strategies through actionable insights.

In this role, you will leverage advanced data analysis techniques, such as cohort studies, funnel analysis, and lifetime value metrics, to generate meaningful insights from complex datasets that can guide product and business decisions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining performance dashboards and reports, examining trends and key metrics to highlight opportunities for improvement. Part of your role will involve strengthening the data infrastructure, enhancing accessibility and usability through tools like SQL, Python, BigQuery, and Excel, and recommending improvements for ongoing efficiency. Your advanced data expertise will play a crucial role in analysing products across financial services such as payroll solutions, multi-currency wallets, and vendor payments. You’ll create customer segmentation models that support targeted engagement strategies, and you’ll serve as the central point of contact for data needs across teams in product, marketing, engineering, and operations. This position also involves monitoring KPIs, developing trends analysis, and facilitating cross-functional data integration to support strategic optimisation. Additionally, you will communicate insights clearly to stakeholders, making complex data understandable and actionable, and foster a culture of innovation within the team by promoting new analytical tools and methods.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong experience in data analytics, ideally in a fintech or high-growth setting.


Excellent communication skills, with an ability to make complex data insights accessible to various stakeholders.
Hands-on experience collaborating with teams across product, engineering, marketing, and operations.
Technical proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and a capacity for learning new data tools and methods.
High levels of statistical and numerical understanding, with a solid foundation in statistical and financial analysis.
Proven experience creating reliable data processes and ensuring data accuracy.
Familiarity with regulatory standards in financial or relevant sectors to ensure data compliance.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, adaptable environment with a readiness to adjust strategies as necessary.
