Financial Data Analyst- Client Support

Our client, a leading organization in finance and technology industry, is looking for a diligent and highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills and a passion for finance to join their dynamic Entities Data team. This is a temporary contract until the end of Oct 2025 with possibility of extension with an immediate start date. This role is based in the City of London and the candidates are expected to be onsite 4 days per week and can work 1 day remotely.

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to begin their career within a leading organisation that values and promotes self-development. Successful applicants will receive world-class training, and a chance to work in a complex, positive and energetic working environment.

The successful candidates will be the first point of contact for clients, managing and responding to their queries submitted via ticketing system and providing high-quality support across the EMEA and APAC regions. They should be flexible to work early morning shift to support clients across EMEA and APAC. In addition to handling client queries, they will contribute to data-related research and take on broader responsibilities as the project evolves. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative, client-facing environment where precision, responsiveness, and professionalism are essential.
