About the role
This role will report to the UK & Ireland Finance Director. The candidate will business partner with the VP for the UKI Marketing function, including providing thought leadership on promotion and brand strategy. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys influencing non-finance stakeholders at the coal-face of the business, whilst also owning traditional finance roles across controllership, reporting and planning.
The role is based in London, with at least 3 days a week to be worked from the office.
What you'll be doing
Supporting the Marketing team in improving the efficiency of their promotion spend Developing and scaling promotion strategies, frameworks and tools across markets to drive best practice and standardisation Automating month end processes for Marketing Building self-serve models for business partners to size investments and P&L impacts Planning, forecasting & reporting for Marketing P&L lines Partnering across Finance teams to land company-wide finance & business initiatives
Requirements
You will need to be ACA / ACCA or equivalent qualified with at least 4 years of post-qualified experience. You will have relevant industry or startup experience. You will have used big data for decision making & problem solving You will be comfortable pulling together spreadsheet-based financial models You will have experience influencing stakeholders at senior levels, including non-finance
