We’re London’s largest and fastest 100% full fibre broadband provider, bringing better internet to Londoners since 2013. Unlike most providers, we build, own and operate our dedicated fibre optic network and install it directly into the home, meaning we can deliver a super-fast connection at prices the national providers find hard to beat. We’re a relatively new company to the market, but since establishment:



  1. We’re the only broadband provider on the market offering residential speeds up to 3,000 Mbps.
  2. Our network covers over 1.3 million properties in London, which is more than one third of homes in the UK’s capital city.
  3. We have over 800,000 properties under wayleave agreement and are currently working in partnership with more than 200 of London’s biggest landlords.
  4. We have freely connected over 600 community spaces in 24 boroughs, giving more Londoners free access to fast, reliable broadband.

Job purpose:

The Finance Data Analyst will contribute to our exciting journey of integrating new systems and enhancing data capabilities. As part of a dynamic team focused on system and customer migration, you'll play a pivotal role in maturing our business processes. With your expertise in data analysis, you will help drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong commercial mindset and proficiency in SQL who are ready to make a significant impact.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Data Analysis:Extract, clean, and analyse financial, network, billing, etc. data to identify trends and insights.
  • Data Cube Development:Build and maintain data cubes that integrate multiple data sources for comprehensive financial modelling and analysis.
  • Reporting & Dashboards:Design, develop, and automate reports and dashboards to present data in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Collaboration with IT:Work closely with IT teams to understand data architecture, ensure data accuracy, and optimize data flow for reporting purposes.
  • Insights Generation:Translate complex data findings into actionable insights, providing recommendations to enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Communication:Present analytical findings and reports to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding of the data-driven insights.


The experience we’re looking for you to bring:


  • Strong skills in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
  • Proficiency in coding for report generation and dashboard creation, with a focus on automation.
  • Experience with tools such as DOMO or similar platforms for effective data presentation.
  • Solid understanding of financial principles and metrics, with the ability to apply them in a telecom context.
  • Previous experience in the telecom sector is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
