Overview of team:


As a Quant Developer, you will build and optimise strategies and products in partnership with experienced traders and highly skilled tech professionals. You will use innovative technologies in a dynamic environment promoting personal initiative and teamwork.

The team covers a wide range of Crypto products, such as Spot, CFDs, Futures, Perps, etc.


Scope of role:

  • You will improve our Exchange Trading capabilities to maintain and further increase our market share on crypto exchanges.
  • This includes Exchange Trading strategies, end-to-end trading stack optimisation (from exchange pricing to algos, order and risk management, analysis and monitoring), automation, and automated risk management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve trading systems
  • Create new trading strategies
  • Monitor and Analyse trading performance through systematic tools and dashboards
  • Automate and simplify


Mandatory Skills:

  • 3+ years experience in writing front office trading system components
  • General system design understanding
  • Latency investigation and optimisation
  • Work experience with FX, Crypto or Equity products
  • Fluent in Java (our main programming language)
  • Fluent in at least 1 other programming languages (Python, SQL, Rust, etc.)
  • Good mathematical background


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in pricing and trading strategies
  • Quantitative research skills and Machine learning
  • Low latency expertise
