Job Summary

We are looking for an experiencedEnterprise Data Architectto design and implement a new data architecture that supports business goals, improves customer experience, and ensures data governance across systems. You will lead the selection of tools and technologies, ensuring scalability, integration, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Data Architecture:Create the target data architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals.
• 360-Degree Customer View:Develop and document the data points and tools needed to create a comprehensive customer view across all touchpoints.
• Analytics & Reporting Tools:Recommend and align analytics tools with industry best practices and organizational goals.
• Deployment Plan:Develop a phased plan for implementing data and technology solutions, coordinating across teams for smooth execution.
• Enterprise Integration:Define integration points, systems, and key capabilities in the target architecture.
• Data Exchange & Security:Establish secure data exchange practices, based on best practices and privacy standards.
• Scalability & Resource Planning:Estimate resources needed to support the platform’s growth.
• Strategic Thinking:Ability to design long-term strategies that align with business goals and customer experience journ

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in data architecture and enterprise data systems.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, integration, and analytics tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Databricks, Snowflake, and data lineage/catalog tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex strategies.
• Ability to align data strategy with business and customer experience goals.
