ABOUT ROLE
The Energy & Sustainability team at ELEKS is in search of an exceptional Sustainable Energy & Sustainability Solution Specialist to join our global network of experts. You will play a strategic leadership role within our EMEA/Global Energy & Sustainability vertical, handling critical Sustainability Energy & Sustainability consulting solutions that cater to essential business requirements and ensure business value for our Sustainable Energy & Sustainability clients.
As part of your responsibilities, you will spearhead new client pursuits (collaborating with sales and solution teams) and cultivate deep relationships with CxOs and client business leaders. You will build strong business ties within the global Sustainable Energy & Sustainability community and improve ELEKS’ revenue outcomes, specifically in the Energy & Sustainability vertical.

As part of the Business Development team, you will simultaneously develop Go-to-market strategies and implement them to position Eleks as a thought-leader in the Sustainability Energy & Sustainability domain. This role is positioned to transition a leadership role of the Energy & Sustainability Vertical, after proving a successful track record.

REQUIREMENTS

Has domain expertise in Sustainable Energy & Sustainability, showcasing a successful leadership record in digital services, products, and/or consulting Is recognized for their proficiency in Sustainable Energy & Sustainability, with a demonstrated history of addressing technical and business challenges Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Sustainable Energy & Sustainability sector Possesses experience in custom application development, IT consulting, Cloud, Big Data, AI, or digital services within the Sustainable Energy & Sustainability field Has comprehensive skills in consultative sales and business development, including defining market-entry strategies and assisting Business Development and Marketing Teams in accurately shaping and selling offerings Excels in initiating new markets and nurturing high-value relations within the Energy community (C-level) Is familiar with services across business development and delivery functions in a complex, highly matrixed, and professional service company Has strong connections within the Sustainable Energy & Sustainability sector and an existing network to highlight ELEKS’ abilities Demonstrates executive presence and public speaking prowess at the highest level; with a proven history of delivering keynote speeches at global Sustainable Energy & Sustainability events Is a specialist in understanding deep-rooted challenges in the Sustainable Energy & Sustainability Market and conceptualizing digital solutions to address them

RESPONSIBILITIES

The development of new Energy & Sustainability services and solution offerings that will tackle important Sustainable Energy & Sustainability issues Establishing and nurturing relationships with key individuals within the Sustainable Energy & Sustainability community and a client’s organization (C-level) Regularly representing ELEKS at global Sustainable Energy & Sustainability industry events Traveling for more than 50% of your time Working with the delivery, pre-sales, inside sales, and marketing teams to generate a new robust Energy & Sustainability sales pipelineand revenue stream Formulating growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving them with the Sales team Establishing both direct and indirect sales channels and strong partnerships with partner companies
