Overview

Solace is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Marketing & Demand Generation to lead our efforts in building a robust pipeline and driving revenue growth in the EMEA region. As a hands-on leader, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing integrated campaigns for our PubSub+ platform, collaborating with global teams and aligning closely with sales to achieve our business objectives.

What You will Do

  • Regional Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and participate in customer calls to comprehend local market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Target Audience Identification: Define and identify the target audience within the region based on demographics and industry verticals. Collaborate with global teams to ensure funds and efforts are directed towards the right audience.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and implement demand generation campaigns tailored to the regional audience. Localize marketing collateral, choose appropriate channels, and manage end-to-end campaign execution.
  • Lead & Pipeline Generation: Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and new logo pipeline through digital marketing, events, webinars, and other lead generation tactics.
  • Collaboration with SDRs and Account Managers: Work closely with sales to align demand generation efforts with sales goals, ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to conversion.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of demand generation campaigns. Analyze data to make informed decisions and optimize future campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for demand generation activities within the region, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment.
  • Brand Awareness: Increase brand awareness within the region through targeted marketing activities, creating a strong market presence.
  • Customer Engagement: Implement strategies to engage and nurture potential customers throughout the buyer's journey, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Collaboration with Global Marketing Teams: Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align regional strategies with overall marketing objectives and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
  • Adoption of Technology: Stay abreast of marketing technologies and tools to enhance demand generation efforts, effectively implementing them to drive results.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports on the performance of demand generation activities to stakeholders and communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all demand generation activities adhere to legal and regulatory compliance, including data protection laws. Address compliance restraints and recommend actions to improve marketing effectiveness in the region.


Who you are:

  • you possess a Bachelor's degree
  • you have 7-10 years of marketing communications and/or campaign/program management experience
  • You have experience building integrated marketing campaigns for a B2B and SaaS technology company, with a strong understanding of regional, industry, and audience variances within the campaign plan
  • You are able to conceptualize and develop regional demand generation programs
  • You have a mixture of strategic and execution skills
  • You possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to work effectively within regional and global teams
  • You are highly detail-oriented
  • You have prior experience with technologies including Salesforce.com and marketing automation solutions such as Marketo
