At Weights & Biases, our mission is to build the best tools for AI developers. We founded our company on the insight that while there were excellent tools for developers to build better code, there were no similarly great tools to help ML practitioners build better models. Starting with our first experiment tracking product, we have since expanded our solution into a comprehensive AI developer platform for organizations focused on building their own deep learning models and generative AI applications.
Weights & Biases is a Series C company with $250M in funding and over 200 employees. We proudly serve over 1,000 customers and more than 30 foundation model builders including customers such as OpenAI, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Toyota.
Weights & Biases is seeking a Director of Business Development to support our growing Partner Ecosystem in EMEA. In this role, you will forge and lead partnerships with top-tier Cloud, ISV, and Channel/SI partners and collaborate with Weights & Biases’ partnership team in the US.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and lead the management of key partnerships, including Cloud, ISV and Channel; define the strategy, GTM product integrations, co-innovation and joint offerings
  2. Work with partners to develop new and innovative integrations and distribution models that drive revenue
  3. Actively participate in the sales cycle for larger opportunities to drive co-sell with partners.
  4. Proactively build relationships with partner GTM teams and educate them on the joint value proposition of Weights & Biases and their respective offerings
  5. Collaborate with Marketing to design and implement innovative marketing programs to achieve revenue goals
  6. Develop and execute on quarterly business plans with partners

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in a role focused on building and leading partnerships in the Data & AI ecosystem with Cloud, ISV, and Channel/SI partners. Strong Generative AI, such as OpenAI and Mistral, experience is a plus
  2. Strong understanding of the companies, products, use cases in the AI/ML, Cloud, and Data Ecosystem
  3. Experience leading partnerships with NVIDIA, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, & Google Cloud
  4. Experience building channel and SI partnerships in EMEA
  5. Ability to understand and communicate to diverse technical and non-technical audiences across all levels
  6. Strong ability to develop joint value propositions with partners and cultivate champions within partner organizations
  7. Top-notch presentation, negotiation, and business planning skills
  8. Ability to articulate competitive positioning and differentiation
