We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital and Technology Solutions Professional to join our team specializing in Data Analysis for our Powertrain Engineering Europe in Darlington, United Kingdom. During your apprenticeship with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potential!

Summary Of The Course

The Digital and Technology Solutions Professional – Data Analyst Apprentice role is a developmental position within the Powertrain Engineering Europe Organisation. During the apprenticeship you will work 5 days per week, inclusive of 1 day per week for study with the Open University. The working hours are 08:00 – 16:30 Mon – Thurs and 08:00 – 13:30 Fri. On completion of this apprenticeship, you will obtain a Level 6 (Degree) qualification.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Evaluate, initiate, create and support business solutions using digital technology.
  • Influence the local organisation with a key focus on delivering business improvements.
  • Create impactful presentations and dashboards to summarise key findings.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to help drive timely decision making.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • UCAS point of 96 or above in an STEM related subject either from A level’s or BTEC.
  • Mathematics at GCSE grade 7 or above and English at GCSE grade 5 or above
  • Science at GCSE grade 6,6 if double or above and an average grade of 5 across remaining subjects.
  • Strong numerical and logical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Problem solving techniques and strategies.
  • Creativity and innovation skills.
