Database Administrator

Here at Mobilize Financial Services we are recruiting for a DBA (Database Administrator). We are looking for someone who has knowledge of Data Architecture and Data Modelling and a good understanding of how to manage and organise technical aspects of the organisations data; ensuring its quality and security and optimising it business functions .This role requires technical skills and experience, proficiency in data management tools, understanding of data architectural processes and procedures. And a commitment to enforcing data governance and quality policies and standards.What will you do: Responsible for performance tuning, data integrity and security of databasesResponsible for data governance at a technical levelSupporting the Data Architect defining and structuring data and understand impacts on data landscapeCreating / maintaining technical data descriptions in Collibra, artifacts for data modeling, mapping data flows, and tracing data lineage within the systemsDevelop and document technical specifications for data-related projectsSupport data quality monitoring and remediation processes according to procedures and implement data quality indicatorsOptimise data structures for performance and scalabilityEnsure integration of data management solutions with existing infrastructureParticipate in cross-functional teams to align data management initiativesWhat will you bring: Demonstrable DBA experience within a commercial environmentKnowledge of Sybase ASE and MS SQLDatabase Configuration and Performance Tuning experienceData modelling (SAP Powerdesigner)Extensive experience in Data Driven projects with large organisationsExtensive Agile & Scaled Agile experienceWho is Mobilize Financial Services?We are the financial partner of Renault group brands and we also operate for Nissan and non-Allianz brands.
