Job Opportunity: Data Analyst / Performance Analyst – Healthcare Project


Are you a skilled analyst with a passion for using data to drive meaningful change? We’re hiring a Data Scientist to join a high-impact project in the healthcare space, focused on improving outcomes in bowel health services.


Project length: 6 months (Extension Available)

Inside IR35

Fully Remote

BPSS Eligibility Required


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Helping the project team measure and assess service performance (e.g., defining what “good” looks like and how to track it)
  • Applying analytical techniques to real-world healthcare data
  • Defining and creating performance measurements with the wider team
  • Advising on reporting tools, implementation, and validation
  • Presenting insights and visualisations to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Making tactical recommendations to inform key decisions


Core Skills We’re Looking For:

  • Strong proficiency in Python (ideal), R, and SQL
  • Experience with Oracle Databases, C++, and PL/SQL
  • Comfortable navigating large healthcare datasets and interpreting outcomes
  • Strong communication skills to turn analysis into impact
