About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a talented Data Scientist with strong statistical foundations, top-tier Python/SQL skills, and hands-on experience in machine learning. You’ll join a lean, highly ambitious data team and play a key role in modelling music consumption and revenue forecasting. Your insights will help shape everything from new deal strategy to long-term business planning.
What You’ll Do
Develop, deploy, and maintain predictive models to forecast music revenue and consumption
Identify and test features that drive music royalties
Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to communicate insights
Build visual tools or dashboards to monitor model outputs
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Share ideas to improve and evolve our data platform
What You Bring
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (e.g., SKLearn, XGBoost, Numpy)
Strong statistical reasoning and analytical mindset
Ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
Self-starter attitude with curiosity and drive
A degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, or Computer Science preferred
4+ years of experience (we're flexible for exceptional candidates)
Industry experience not required — just passion and skill.
