Our London office, based in Wimbledon, is at the heart of our operations. The contract team has experienced significant growth this past year, and we're now looking to continue that growth whilst also growing our permanent team alongside.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll focus on building and maintaining relationships within the financial services market. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Business Development:Proactively building a client portfolio, identifying opportunities, and negotiating terms with leading financial institutions.
  • Candidate Sourcing:Using headhunting techniques, market mapping, and networking to find top-tier contract candidates.
  • Account Management:Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors, ensuring smooth processes from onboarding through contract renewal.
  • Market Expertise:Staying up to date with industry trends to provide informed advice and insights to clients and candidates alike.

We're seeking experienced contract recruiters who:

  • Have a proven track record of billing success in a technical market.
  • Are adept at building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships.
  • Thrive in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Are motivated by a tiered commission structure that rewards performance with up to 30% of billings.
