THE COMPANY

This boutique consultancy specialises in shopper insights, combining expert knowledge, market data, and trend analysis. They support a high-profile client base with both syndicated products and bespoke research projects.

The insight team has adopted new data visualisation tools to deliver more advanced analytics and creative outputs. With a strong emphasis on team fit and culture, they offer a supportive and collaborative working environment.

Main Responsibilities:

Communicating and delivering presentations, representing the insight team at internal events and being an ambassador for the brand
Manage and oversee client or syndicated projects from proposal stage, through to client management and delivery
Plan and manage team capacity, matching tasks to capacity, availability, and capability/areas of expertiseSkills & Experience:

Delivered applied data science projects end-to-end; clearly communicated vision across stakeholders and product functions.
Provided team mentorship, constructive feedback, and career support; led fine-tuning and deployment of AI models.
