We're looking for a

Data Engineer

to help build and scale modern data infrastructure and analytical capabilities that drive real business outcomes.

What you'll do:
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and infrastructure
Collaborate with analysts and underwriters to enhance data insight delivery
Drive automation and enable self-service analytics
Advocate for a data-driven culture across the organisation
Mentor and upskill colleagues in data tools and platforms

What we're looking for:
3-4+ years of experience in a data-focused role
Experience working in Insurance
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with ETL tools like DBT or Dataform
Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
Programming experience in Python or R
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach
