Bristol (Hybrid)
Are you ready to make a real impact with data? A Bristol based digital consultancy is looking for a skilled Data Engineer to help public sector clients unlock the power of data. You'll design and build modern data infrastructure using tools like Azure, AWS, Python, and PySpark, and play a key role in developing internal digital products too.
Please note that you MUST be eligible for SC clearance and both willing/able to commute to Bristol 1-2 days per week.
What You’ll Do:
· Design and implement cloud-native data solutions (Azure, AWS)
· Translate client needs into scalable, efficient architecture
· Consult on best practice in data engineering and integration
· Collaborate across teams to exceed client expectations
· Thrive in a dynamic environment where adaptability and initiative are key
What You’ll Bring:
· Strong experience with Azure (certification a plus)
· Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and cloud-based data pipelines
· Ability to work directly with clients and communicate technical ideas with confidence
· Knowledge of data modelling and architecture best practices
