The Opportunity
Our client's business intelligence function has been powering insights across finance, clinical outcomes, and commercial operations since 2020. They're now seeking a talented Data Analyst to dive into the data flowing from their pipelines, turning it into actionable insights for stakeholders. You'll focus on commercial analytics-think marketing, patient feedback, and more-leveraging a new app as a key data source. This is your chance to shape how data drives better healthcare decisions in a growing, dynamic team.


What You'll Do

  • Analyse data from pipelines to uncover insights for commercial, marketing, and patient feedback initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored, data-driven solutions.
  • Leverage tools like Power BI to create impactful dashboards and reports.
  • Use the new app's data to deepen commercial analytics and support business growth.
  • Tackle open-ended challenges with a creative, problem-solving mindset.


Who You Are

  • Skilled in SQL-our essential tool for working with data.
  • Experienced with Power BI (or similar BI tools like Tableau) to visualise insights.
  • A natural collaborator, comfortable partnering with stakeholders across the business.
  • Able to think creatively and solve problems in a fast-moving environment.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Python or Git for added flexibility and teamwork.


Nice-to-Haves

  • Exposure to healthcare or commercial analytics.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure).
